Returns Policy

To request a return, please fill out the form or alternatively send us an email at — returns@cleancarats.co

We accept returns and exchanges for most pieces.


Please ensure:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase

  • The item must be returned in undamaged + resalable condition
    (Please get in touch or refer to our Warranty information if your piece is damaged)

  • All original packaging and certifications remain intact as received

  • Return approval will be given to you via email by Clean Carats after reviewing your return request (returns form or email).
    Please await our instruction before sending back an item.

Please note:

  • Any initial shipping fees and any duty taxes paid cannot be refunded.

  • Any return postage fees or duty must be covered by the customer.

  • We recommend you use tracked shipping and retain your postage receipt.

  • We do not cover items stolen or lost in transit.
    After receiving your return, Clean Carats will inspect your item/s to ensure they adhere to the above criteria before issuing your refund.

Purchases that are exempt from our refund and exchange policies:
The following are deemed final sale and are non-refundable.

  • Custom jewellery via our Loose Stones selection

  • Bespoke and made to order pieces

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items that have been altered or personalised at the customer’s request e.g. engraving
    (Resized items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.)
